For each supplier who has not had its supply cut, 1 is subtracted from the AW. Finally, if the AW is greater than 0, the attack is successful and the attacker advances and the defender must retreat. A loading army, if success- fully transported, is considered to be attacking his coastal region destination and is thus treated as an attacking unit. It can be rein- forced the same as any other attacking unit. IMPORTANT NOTE: Units who are attacking/loading do not count as far as defending the region they currently occupy.
